Im not a part of the group nor do I own a dinodog but I was wondering if I could submit the painting I have of Faux?

I know we aren't allowed to sell your kind of Dinodogs, but if someone were to ask for a commision of their character, and that character is a Dinodog like yours, are they allowed to do a commision like that?
